It has got to a point where I make lists about lists and duplicate things to the point where lists dont work well. And ive realised that being overwhelmed by lists is making me tried, making me hoard as I don't always make time to tick off items on the lists. What i mean is everything is becoming such a mess that there is more risks at me losing things or forgetting to pay bills on time etc
